Teaching with a purpose!

This was a great experience for me as a teacher. I have never been a virtual teacher before and I think it has been something very important and it leaves a longing to be able to do it later in a formal way. At the beginning of everything, it was a little difficult to adapt to how to teach and how to make the students also begin to adapt to receive instruction, do exercises and how to evaluate them. It is not easy to move from the classroom where there are more affinity and face-to-face socialization to pass a learning environment where the teacher and the student are separated by distance. As the weeks passed, the adaptation and the students were evident in their development and their understanding of what they should do and how they should do it. My teaching journal A lesson plan I really liked and why I really liked this lesson plan because it was related to the use of English. It was so fun to see learners using English in a test scenario like Cepto Exam. You can really see the efforts they make and how they face the challenge to apply what they have learned in the course.   Lesson plan especially difficult for me  This lesson plan for especially difficult for me since reported questions is something we don't have so common in Spanish. It was a challenge for me to teach this and make examples for the students. Finally, they could manage it and it was pretty good.   Video classes  Class video1 class video 2 These two classes were so meaningful because it was the chance to show how much they have learned and how much I was able to teach. I was a great though. I'm really happy to see my students progress and to see their good performance when speaking and interacting ech other.

Who I am? I'm Anderson Caviedes, 34 years old, married, and English teacher for 7 years. I love being able to teach others and being able to achieve their goals and overcome their obstacles. Learning a language more than a requirement can become a challenge for our life. Having the satisfaction of being able to communicate with other people from other countries and cultures, being able to get to know other places without problems are without a doubt a great motivation to learn English. My desire is always to motivate English learners not to give up, to see that English is easier than it looks and that they are more than capable of being able to speak, write, listen and read it. the correct motivation and with the correct methodology and information. Teaching is a magnificent activity with which we can influence the lives of others, in addition to teaching them a language as beautiful as English. During this semester, we had a great experience teaching other English while preparing for the CEPTO exam and in advanced grammar. It has been a great experience that I want to share with you and motivate you to continue learning and also teaching English!
